STT 智能水浸監測及警報系統

近年來，香港發生的毀滅性水災給許多人帶來了恐懼，尤其是位於較低樓層的零售企業、停車場、大樓電梯大堂，甚至公共交通運營機構。僅2023年罕見暴雨期間的水災造成的廣泛經濟損失估計就超過數十億港元。為了應對這一緊迫問題，我們開發了一套全面的交鑰匙解決方案，為企業主和相關當局提供預警警報。
其中一個可見的工作參考是我們於 2024 年在 29 個港鐵站安裝了 88 個感測器，及一套中央監測平台及警報系統, 使有效地防止水淹造成的損害

STT Smart Monitoring & Control Centre (SMCC)

The STT Smart Centralized Monitoring & Control Centre (SMCC) unifies multiple applications and locations, such as buildings or communities, into a single platform. This platform features a dynamic 3D model of the constructions, providing a 360-degree view. The user-friendly dashboard presents all site information and device data both textually and graphically. Additionally, SMCC enables monitoring of various site dynamics, including anomaly detection for suspected theft, unauthorized parking, and water leakage. It also allows for remote door access in emergencies or for ad hoc guest visitors.

STT Smart Door Access Control System

The STT Smart Door Access Control System offers versatile input options, including facial recognition, passwords, smart cards, fingerprints, and palm vein recognition. It also functions as a video communicator, enabling seamless interaction between visitors and tenants. The system supports temporary access via QR codes and allows for remote door opening. Additionally, it serves as an employee clocking system, securely recording and analyzing all access information for enhanced security and operational efficiency.

It enables real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis for effective decision making, and ensures efficiency, safety, high-quality data and cost-effectiveness,

Mobile 4S Monitoring System

The STT Mobile-Based Site Safety Monitoring and Alerting System is designed to enhance worker safety at construction sites. It features an HD AI Camera and a Smart Box with various AI algorithms to detect behaviors such as falls, smoking, unauthorized or danger zone intrusions, and unsafe equipment use, including workers without helmets. Data is dynamically and graphically displayed on the Smart Centralized Monitoring and Control Center (SMCC) platform. Alerts are triggered upon detecting anomalies, sending notifications to the SMCC, local monitor displays, mobile apps, emails, or SMS. This system not only detects site dangers but also supports ongoing risk mitigation and effective decision-making for continuous safety management.

Smart Safe Distance Guarding and Alerting System

During the operation of Mobile Elevating Platforms for works at height, blind spots can prevent workers from noticing overhead obstacles, leading to accidents like injuries from being pinched. STT Safety Distance Guarding and Alerting System is designed to address these safety risks, ensuring safe high-altitude work. Equipped with advanced laser sensors, the system provides real-time detection of obstacles. A single controller with mobile APP can connect multiple wireless distance sensors, offering comprehensive monitoring to protect workers' safety.

智慧鼠患監察

一款專為酒店, 商場, 食肆, 屋苑, 大廈暗處, 及各類追求衛生的場所而設計的智能捕鼠器。系統配備了動感傳感器和無線傳輸設備。
當它捕獲老鼠的一刻, 系統便會立即將捕獲訊息通過無線數據傳輸的方式發送到我們的 STT 智慧盒。再轉換為通知和警報，發送給負責清理鼠患的操作員。
由於系統也配備了GPS 及鼠軌跡, 操作員可從電腦監測屏上的Web, 手機App或SMS接收即時的相關信息, 從而及時地清理鼠屍及有效地放置捕鼠器。

火柴人跌倒監測預警

對於工地安全和老年護理方面，STT火柴人跌倒監測預警系統都發揮著重要作用。在工地安全方面，我們的系統能夠即時偵測工人跌倒或意外情況，提供預警，有助於減少工地事故發生的可能性，提升工地安全水平。而在老年護理領域，火柴人跌倒監測預警系統同樣能夠監測老年人的跌倒情況，及時發現並警示，提供安全保障，降低跌倒導致的風險，進一步提高老年人的生活質量和安全感。这些系統在兩個領域均扮演著重要的角色，為安全管理和護理提供了有力支持。
